Family Luxury 1BHK Villa

Each one in his own right! All said and done, travel is all about changing the surroundings around you in a quest to find something within you!
Travel should be a part of your life…..it is a great teacher! By – Harichand Dhali
A traveller would know that the two things which are the most important parts of a travel plan are:
    1. The place of stay
    2. The food you would relish (and the drinks too, for many!)
Both the above form a major chunk of your travel budget and also the kinda experience you will get from travelling! Thus, understandably these are the two things that require very intrinsic planning. These two are also the aspects that most travellers invest their major time in.

Questions you should ask before travelling

        • What will be my stay like?
        • What is the location?
        • What are the amenities?
        • How far is it from the market, the city centre?
        • What kinda room do they offer?
        • What is the budget? Any discounts for longer stays?
        • Kitchen facilities? Self-cooking arrangements?
        • Is WIFI stable?
        • How is the food?
        • What is the per day cost of the food?
        • What is the USP of the property?
        • Is there a river nearby?
        • The altitude of the property?
        • What is the sustainability angle attached to the property?
        • Is the property a responsible property?

All these and many more are some of the questions that pop us as we plan our travel. We surf around stay options ranging from Hotels to Resorts to Hostels (Depending on the budget). And then during the search, we come across another option i.e. HOMESTAYS. With the advent of COVID, WFH, WFM, Staycations and Social distancing the option of Homestays has suddenly become everyone’s favourite.

Personal cottages, Fully equipped kitchens, Nature living, Slow living and personalised boutique and cultural stays, a feeling of belonging, traditional living and the feeling of being part of the community. All this and much more, are what Homestays are all about. Know your host, understand his/her cultures and traditions, have an intellectual discussion or just stay in your own company amongst the flora and fauna! Homestays are a great way of exploring the place you are revisiting.

The people at Kaathkuni Homes understood the needs of the tech-savvy yet experiential travellers of today and have addressed this by presently their Unique Experiential Homestay Experiences!

#Slow Living, a concept of experiencing travel was introduced by the people at Kaathkuni Homes. In this fast-moving world, we need to appreciate the value of keeping it slow and simple.
